• Payment plan. The reservation deposit is €2,000 and the initial payment is 30%. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments over up to four years: with no price increase until the end of 2026, after which annual interest of 7% is charged on the outstanding amount.
• Specification. The apartments are delivered fully finished, furnished and equipped with household appliances. This significantly reduces costs after the keys are handed over: there is no need to arrange renovations, order a kitchen or furnish the property from scratch.
• Facilities. The gated, guarded complex will have its own swimming pool, a children’s playground, landscaped green areas and spaces for relaxation. It is designed not only for summer holidays but also for longer stays by the sea.
• Timeline. Construction is scheduled for completion at the end of 2026. This is an off-plan purchase: you can choose your apartment before completion and spread the payments over time, but you will need to wait until construction is finished before moving in.
