Complex Cascadas Ravda

Cascadas Ravda is a completed residential complex with Act 16 in a quiet part of Ravda, approximately 300 metres from a sandy beach. The six-storey building was completed in 2015, has lifts and contains 136 apartments. The gated grounds include an outdoor pool, a children's section, hot tub, playground, relaxation areas, restaurant, bar and parking. The complex is suitable for year-round living.

What you need to know about the complex

• Apartments. Cascadas Ravda offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, more spacious family layouts and penthouses. Most apartments have a balcony or terrace. When first handed over, the apartments were fully finished and the bathrooms fitted with sanitary ware.
• The building. The complex comprises a six-storey monolithic reinforced-concrete building with lifts. It has been commissioned and holds Act 16. The common areas are finished in a contemporary resort style.
• Swimming pool and grounds. The courtyard has a large seasonal outdoor pool with a separate children's area. Nearby are a hot tub, relaxation areas, sun loungers, benches, gazebos and landscaped walking areas.
• For children. The grounds include a children's pool and an equipped playground. The enclosed courtyard is separated from the road and brings together the main family recreation areas.
• Restaurant and bar. Cascadas Ravda's amenities include a restaurant and bar. Shops, cafés, other restaurants and public transport stops are within walking distance of the complex.
• Security. The grounds have controlled access and 24-hour security. The service company is responsible for maintaining the pool, landscaping and the building's common areas.
• Parking. Parking is provided next to the building. Some spaces are available for owners and residents to rent.
• Service charge. The complex has an annual maintenance fee. It covers the upkeep of the pool, courtyard, lifts and common areas, as well as security and maintenance staff.
• Location. Cascadas Ravda is approximately 300 metres from the sea. A beach, shops, places to eat, bus stops and Aqua Paradise water park are nearby. Burgas Airport is around 20 km away.
• Views from the apartments. Some upper-floor apartments offer views towards the sea, Ravda and Nessebar. Other apartments face the swimming pool, courtyard or surrounding buildings.
• Cascadas amenities. Cascadas Ravda is a separate complex in Ravda with its own grounds. Apartment owners are also given access to the amenities of Cascadas Family Resort in Sunny Beach.

Cascadas Ravda differs from the large Cascadas Family Resort in Sunny Beach through its more compact grounds and peaceful residential atmosphere. At the same time, it provides the main amenities for a seaside stay: a swimming pool, children's area, hot tub, restaurant, bar, relaxation areas and parking.

The complex is suitable for summer holidays and permanent living. The beach and Ravda's everyday amenities are nearby, while Nessebar and Sunny Beach can be reached by public transport or car.
