Complex Diamant Residence

Diamant Residence is a completed apartment complex with Act 16 in the southern part of Sunny Beach. The building was commissioned in 2013 and is located 500 metres from the beach and approximately 2 km from the historic centre of Nessebar. The complex has outdoor swimming pools, a restaurant, café, spa area, gym, children's playground, reception, security and parking.

• Location. Diamant Residence is situated in the southern part of the resort, closer to Nessebar. The Old Town is approximately 2 km away. Shops, cafés, bus stops and other resort amenities are located nearby.
• Swimming pools. The grounds include an outdoor pool for adults and a separate children's pool. A relaxation and sunbathing area surrounds the pools.
