Diamond is a completed residential complex with Act 16 on the beachfront in Sveti Vlas, directly above Marina Dinevi. The complex comprises apartment buildings and six detached two-storey houses. What you need to know before buying

• Apartments and houses. Diamond offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as six detached two-storey houses with spacious terraces. The apartments have balconies overlooking the sea, swimming pool or gardens.
• Finishes. The apartments were delivered to their owners with turnkey finishes. Air conditioners are installed throughout, and the bathrooms are fitted with sanitary ware and the necessary accessories.
• Beachfront location. The complex is located directly above the coast and Marina Dinevi. The sea is approximately 20 metres away, while the route to the equipped beach is approximately 150–200 metres.
• Number of floors and lifts. The apartments are located in low-rise buildings of up to four storeys. There are no lifts in the buildings.
• Swimming pools. The grounds feature two outdoor swimming pools. One has a separate children’s section. Relaxation areas with sun loungers and parasols are arranged nearby.
• Amenities. Diamond offers a Mediterranean restaurant, café, bar, gym, beauty salon with a solarium and karaoke. A playground is provided for children.

• Maintenance fee. The maintenance fee for the complex is €600 per year. It covers the shared areas, grounds, swimming pools and amenities.
• Act 16. Diamond was built and commissioned in 2005. The complex holds Act 16 and was developed by Dinevi Group.

Diamond is located close to Marina Dinevi, the beach and the Sveti Vlas promenade. Restaurants, cafés, shops, nightclubs, the Arena amphitheatre, the Church of St Blaise and a spa centre are nearby.
