• Payment terms. The initial payment starts at 30%, with interest-free instalments available until May 2027. If you need a longer payment period, the balance can be paid over up to 3 years at 6% annual interest or up to 6 years at 9% annual interest.
• Maintenance fee. The maintenance fee is €16 per sq. m per year. For a 70 sq. m apartment, this amounts to approximately €1,120 annually. The fee covers upkeep of the pool, grounds, landscaping and communal areas, as well as security.
• Parking. Outdoor and underground parking spaces are planned. They are sold separately, with prices starting at around €21,000. If you will be using a car regularly, this cost should be included in your overall purchase budget from the outset.
• Timeline. Construction is scheduled for completion in May 2027, with Act 16 expected in June 2027. Until then, this remains a purchase of a property under construction, even though less than a year remains until the development is due to be handed over.
