Domenico is a modern six-storey apart-complex in the central part of Sunny Beach, next to the bus station, 800 metres from the beach. It offers studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms, handed over with turnkey finishing. The building has two lifts, and the gated grounds include a swimming pool, a playground, a lobby bar and parking.
What to know before buying
Distance to the sea. About 800 metres, roughly a 10-minute walk to the beach and promenade. The complex is in the residential part of the resort, so it is quieter here than right by the sea.
Finishing and furniture. Apartments from the developer are handed over turnkey but unfurnished. Furnishing can be ordered from the developer for an additional fee, so you receive an apartment fully ready to live in or rent out.
Payment plan. The developer offers instalments: up to 3 years at 6% per year, and longer terms at 9%. This means you do not have to pay the full amount at once.
Developer. Domenico was built by a company that already has complexes in Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. They have been operating for many years and have a good reputation among holidaymakers and apartment owners.
Documents. The complex is completed and has Act 16. Before a deposit is paid, we check the title, the absence of encumbrances and debts, and whether the actual layout matches the documents.
Domenico is located in the centre of Sunny Beach, in an area with well-developed infrastructure. Cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are nearby, with the bus station and two petrol stations close by. From here it is easy to get to Nessebar, Burgas and other coastal resorts, and the beach is within walking distance.
Domenico suits those who want an apartment in a new building with a pool in the centre of Sunny Beach, with the option of paying in instalments. Compact studios are convenient for holidays and rentals, while one- and two-bedroom apartments suit family holidays and longer stays.
