Emilia Romana Park is a new residential complex in a quiet green part of Sunny Beach, on the edge of a large town park, about 800 metres from the sea. The six-storey building with a lift is built from quality materials and surrounded by a landscaped garden with a pool. Most apartments have one bedroom and roughly 44 to 57 sq m; there are also larger ones of about 100 sq m.
What to know before you buy
Location. A calm area by the park, away from the resort noise: the beach is about 800 metres away, with supermarkets, pharmacies, a medical centre and bus stops within walking distance.
Apartments. One-bedroom apartments with balconies, many newly renovated. They are usually sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
Pool and garden. A large outdoor pool with sun loungers, a landscaped garden and a playground.
Building and parking. A new six-storey building with a lift, a reception and parking.
Security. The grounds are gated with 24-hour security.
All year round. The complex is open all year — convenient for holidays and for permanent living.
Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.
Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the coast, with a wide sandy beach. Shops, pharmacies and cafés stay open out of season; Nessebar is a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about half an hour.
Emilia Romana Park suits buyers looking for an apartment in a new building in a quiet green area — to live in all year, for holidays or for renting out.
