What to know before you buy

• Location. The complex stands in the established part of Sveti Vlas, about 300 metres from the sea and a few minutes' walk from Marina Dinevi. Many apartments look out over the sea, the town or the wooded mountain slopes.
• Apartments. Studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 34 to 120 sq m; the larger ones often have two bathrooms. Resale apartments are sold furnished or unfurnished — we check the condition of each one.
• Pools and grounds. Two outdoor pools, one with a children's section, sun loungers, a playground and landscaped grounds with footpaths.
• Parking. A two-level underground car park, each level with its own entrance; spaces are bought separately.
• Buildings and security. Buildings of 6 to 9 floors with lifts; the complex is completed with Act 16. The grounds are gated and closed to outsiders.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Sveti Vlas is a quiet resort at the foot of the mountains next to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Supermarkets, pharmacies, a school and cafés are nearby, so people live here all year.
