Etara 1

Etara 1 is a residential complex on the first line in Sveti Vlas, part of the Dinevi Resort area, about 50 metres from the beach. Its buildings of 3 to 8 floors are built in Old Bulgarian style — white facades, colonnades, wood and stone. It has one-bedroom apartments of roughly 57 to 70 sq m and two-bedroom apartments of about 100 sq m.

What to know before you buy

• First line. The beach is about 50 metres away and many apartments look straight out to sea. Marina Dinevi with its promenade and shops is next door.
• Apartments. One- and two-bedroom apartments with balconies facing the sea or the pool. They are usually sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
• Pools and grounds. Outdoor pools with sun loungers, lounge areas and well-kept green grounds.
• Buildings. Buildings of different heights, from 3 to 8 floors, most of them with lifts.
• Security. The grounds have 24-hour security.
• All year round. The complex is open all year and suits both holidays and permanent living.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Sveti Vlas is a calm resort between the mountains and the sea, with a marina, a promenade and several beaches. Shops, pharmacies and cafés are open all year; Sunny Beach and Nessebar are a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about 40 minutes.
