What you need to know before buying

• Furnishings and condition. This is now a resale market, so the renovation and contents vary from apartment to apartment. • Parking. Parking is available at the complex. A private space should not be assumed to be automatically allocated to every apartment; it is best to clarify the parking arrangements before the transaction.
• Act 16 and year-round use. Gerber Residence 1 has been commissioned and has Act 16. The apartments are used year-round, with shops, pharmacies, cafés and public transport nearby. For the current BolgarskiyDom listing, the buyer does not pay an agency commission.

The regular beach area is approximately 450–500 metres away, while the Cacao Beach area is farther.
