Complex Grand Kamelia

Grand Kamelia is a completed gated residential complex in the western part of Sunny Beach, approximately 700 metres from the beach. It was built in 2010 by AG Properties Bulgaria (Alexandrov Group) and commissioned with Act 16. Nine six-storey buildings with lifts share landscaped grounds with swimming pools, sports facilities and relaxation areas.

What you need to know about the complex

• Apartments. Grand Kamelia offers studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Many layouts include balconies or spacious terraces overlooking the swimming pools, the inner grounds or the surrounding area.
• Finishing. The apartments were originally handed over fully finished and ready to move into, with finished floors and walls, fitted doors and fully equipped bathrooms.
• Swimming pools. The complex has two outdoor pools for adults and two children's pools. There are sunbathing areas with loungers nearby, as well as a pool bar.
• For families with children. The complex has a children's playground and a play centre. The gated grounds are separated from the surrounding streets and have controlled access.
• Sports facilities. Grand Kamelia's amenities include a tennis court, a mini-golf course and a gym.
• Restaurant and relaxation areas. The complex has a restaurant, café, gazebos and outdoor relaxation areas. The grounds are landscaped with lawns, ornamental plants and walking paths.
• Lifts. Lifts are installed in the buildings, providing easy access to apartments on the upper floors without having to use the stairs.
• Security and management. Grand Kamelia has an on-site management company, reception and year-round security. Communal parking is provided for vehicles.
• Act 16 and year-round use. The complex has been commissioned and holds Act 16. The buildings and common areas are maintained throughout the year, so the apartments are suitable for both seasonal holidays and permanent living.

A year-round Mladost supermarket is located near Grand Kamelia, along with pharmacies, grocery shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday services. Sunny Beach bus station is within walking distance, with services to Nessebar, Burgas and other coastal towns.

Grand Kamelia combines a quiet location away from the seafront with extensive amenities both within the complex and nearby. The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away, while shops, public transport, swimming pools, sports facilities and family relaxation areas are all close at hand.
