Complex Green Life Beach Resort

Green Life Beach Resort is a large gated resort complex in the Kavatsi area, south of Sozopol. The development comprises several residential phases with low-rise buildings and villas, all connected by shared Mediterranean-style grounds. The complex has four outdoor swimming pools, restaurants, bars, children's and sports facilities, while Green Life Beach is located nearby.

What you need to know about the complex

• Complex layout. Green Life Beach Resort is not a single residential building but a collection of self-contained phases. The resort includes Beach Residence, Paradise Dune, Paradise Gardens, Park Side, Secret Garden and the Green Life Villas area. The phases differ in their position within the grounds, architecture and distance from the beach.
• Apartments and villas. The property stock includes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as detached villas and townhouses. The apartments have kitchen areas, fitted bathrooms and terraces. Most buildings have no more than five storeys.
• Act 16 and residential use. The completed buildings offered on the resale market have been commissioned and hold Act 16. The apartments are suitable not only for summer holidays but also for longer stays and year-round living.
• Distance to the beach. The buildings are situated at varying distances from the sea. The nearest residential areas are approximately 100 metres from the beach, while the inner phases, including Paradise Gardens, Beach Residence and Park Side, are around 300 metres away. The route runs through the resort grounds.
• The beach. The complex is next to the wide sandy beach of Kavatsi and its own Green Life Beach area. The coast is surrounded by natural dunes where the protected sea daffodil grows.
• Swimming pools. The grounds have four outdoor pools of varying shapes and sizes. They are distributed among the residential areas, with relaxation and sunbathing spaces nearby.
• Facilities for children. Green Life Beach Resort has outdoor playgrounds and areas for family relaxation. The gated grounds have no through traffic, making them convenient for families with children.
• Sports facilities. The sports amenities include three tennis courts and facilities for various other sports. Pedestrian paths are provided for walking, while eco trails run alongside the wooded part of the resort.
• Restaurants and services. Two restaurants and two bars operate within the complex. Shops and other resort services are also available, so essential everyday needs can be met directly within the grounds.
• Grounds and security. Green Life Beach Resort has controlled access. Landscaped courtyards, shaded paths, swimming pools and relaxation areas lie between the buildings. The shared spaces are maintained continuously, and the grounds have on-site security.
• Parking. Communal parking areas are provided for vehicles. Cars are kept in designated spaces away from the complex's main pedestrian and recreational areas.
• Service charge. The complex has an annual service charge that covers the maintenance of the pools, landscaping, common areas, security and resort facilities. There is no single rate for the whole of Green Life Beach Resort: the amount depends on the residential phase and type of property.

Green Life Beach Resort differs from the smaller residential complexes in Sozopol through its scale and extensive on-site infrastructure. Residential buildings, villas, swimming pools, sports facilities, restaurants, walking areas and access to Kavatsi Beach are all brought together within one resort. The phases closest to the sea offer the shortest route to the beach, while Park Side and Secret Garden lie deeper within the grounds, near green and wooded areas.

The complex is suitable for family holidays, extended stays by the sea and holiday rentals. The available property types vary by phase, ranging from compact studios to multi-bedroom apartments and detached villas.
