Green Paradise 5 is the fifth phase of the gated Green Paradise residential complex in Primorsko, about 400 metres from the sea. • Security. The grounds are gated, with security and video surveillance.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Primorsko is a quiet town on the southern coast with two beaches, woodland and the Ropotamo river nearby. People live here all year; Burgas and its airport are about 50 minutes away by car.
