Harmony Suites Monte Carlo is a completed residential complex in the northern part of Sunny Beach, about 600 metres from the sea. Three six-storey buildings share a courtyard and a covered walkway, with 290 apartments and five lifts in total. It offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and residents have pools, a spa, a gym, a restaurant and underground parking.
What to know before you buy
Apartments. Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. They were handed over turnkey, and most resale apartments are sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
Pools. Two large pools in the courtyard, one shaped like a butterfly, with a children's section, an outdoor jacuzzi and sunbathing areas.
Spa and sport. A heated indoor pool, hammam, sauna, salt room and massage rooms are open all year. There is also a gym and a volleyball court.
Facilities. A restaurant, café, lobby bar and pool bar, a grocery shop, a beauty salon, a laundry, a cinema, a library, a lounge with a fireplace and a reception.
For children. A children's pool and playgrounds inside the gated courtyard, including a pirate-ship play area.
Security and parking. Gated grounds with 24-hour security and CCTV, intercoms, and underground parking with controlled entry.
Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.
The complex stands in the northern part of Sunny Beach: a bus stop is next to the entrance, the resort's bus station is about 500 metres away and the aqua park a few minutes' walk. Shops, cafés and the beach are within walking distance, and the spa and indoor pool make living here comfortable outside the season too.
Harmony Suites Monte Carlo suits buyers who want an apartment in a completed complex with resort facilities for holidays, renting out or living all year. Studios suit one or two people, apartments with bedrooms suit families.
