Harmony Suites Premium is a new six-storey development in Sunny Beach, approximately 700–800 metres from the beach. Construction was completed in 2026, the apartments are delivered with completed interior finishing, and some homes are sold with designer furniture and household appliances already included. The grounds feature four swimming pools, a Sky Lounge with its own water area, a restaurant, a spa and a Technogym fitness centre. The development is also suitable for year-round living.

What you need to know before buying

• Apartments. Studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms are available. Studios start at approximately 38 sq. m, while one-bedroom apartments start at 56 sq. m. The more spacious layouts are suitable for families and longer stays.
• Finishing and furniture. The apartments are delivered with fully completed interior finishing, including flooring, painted walls, a fitted bathroom and air conditioning. Some homes are offered without full furnishings, while others come fully equipped with designer furniture and household appliances — the exact specification must be checked for the individual apartment.
• Maintenance fee. The fee is €20 per sq. m per year. For a studio measuring 38 sq. m, this is approximately €760 annually; for a 56 sq. m apartment, it is approximately €1,120. The fee covers the upkeep of the development’s extensive resort facilities and common areas.
• Pools and spa. Four swimming pools are arranged around the building, and there is also a separate Sky Lounge with its own water area. The facilities also include a restaurant and pool bar, a relaxation area, a spa and a fitness centre equipped by Technogym.
• Parking and storage. An underground car park is provided beneath the building, along with separate storage rooms and charging points for electric vehicles. A parking space and storage room must be budgeted for separately, and their availability should be checked together with the chosen apartment.
• Payment. For the remaining apartments, the developer offers interest-free instalments for up to 6 months. No buyer’s commission is charged on current offers; the usual transaction costs are payable separately.
• Building status. Construction of Harmony Suites Premium was completed in 2026, and the development is ready for use. Before proceeding with a specific apartment, its ownership documents and the availability of an occupancy permit are checked separately.

Harmony Suites Premium is located in an established part of Sunny Beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies and public transport. The beach is approximately a 10–15-minute walk away. The secure grounds operate year-round, so the development can be considered for more than just summer holidays.
