• Payment plan. A €2,000 deposit is required to reserve an apartment, and the remaining balance can be paid in stages until construction is completed. This arrangement allows buyers to spread the cost over the remaining construction period.
• Service charge. The annual service charge is €12 per sq m. For a 52 sq m apartment, this is approximately €624 per year. The fee covers the upkeep of the pool, landscaping, common areas and grounds.
• Grounds and facilities. The gated development will have a swimming pool with a children’s section, landscaped relaxation areas, parking, video surveillance and controlled access. Lifts will be installed in the buildings.
• Timeline. Construction is due to be completed by the end of 2026. There is less time to wait for the keys than when buying at an early stage, but buyers should still check current construction progress and the payment schedule for the chosen apartment before proceeding.

Imperium 2 is located in the Yurta district of Sveti Vlas. The beach is approximately 200 metres away, only a few minutes on foot. Shops, restaurants, spa centres and other local amenities are nearby, so the property can be considered for more than just summer holidays. Sveti Vlas is quieter than central Sunny Beach, while its entertainment venues and larger shops are easily reached by car or public transport.

Imperium 2 will appeal to buyers who want a new apartment within walking distance of the sea and are happy to choose their own furniture after the building is completed.
