J'adore Dune

J'adore Dune is a gated residential complex in the southern part of Sunny Beach, facing the protected sand dunes about 200 metres from the wide beach. Six-storey buildings surround a green courtyard with a large pool. The complex holds one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 55 to 100 sq m.

What to know before you buy

• Location. The southern part of the resort by the protected dunes: the beach is about 200 metres away, with beach clubs, shops, supermarkets and coastal walkways close by.
• Apartments. One- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 55 to 100 sq m; many balconies look out over the dunes and the sea, and ground-floor apartments have their own small gardens. They are sold renovated, some furnished — we check the condition of each one.
• Pool and grounds. A large outdoor pool, lounge areas with sun loungers and umbrellas, shaded corners and landscaping, a barbecue area and a playground.
• Parking. On-site parking; a dedicated parking space can be bought separately.
• Act 16 and year-round living. The six-storey buildings are completed with Act 16 and the apartments have their own water and electricity accounts, so they can be lived in all year.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

The south of Sunny Beach is its calmest part: the dunes, a wide beach and the promenade, with shops, pharmacies and cafés open out of season. Nessebar is a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about half an hour.

J'adore Dune suits buyers who want to live close to the beach in a quiet part of the resort — for holidays, renting out or living all year.
