J'adore Secret Garden

J'adore Secret Garden is a new gated residential complex in the southern part of Sunny Beach, about 500 metres from the sea. What to know before you buy

• Location. The southern, quieter part of the resort: the beach is about 500 metres away, with shops, cafés and bus stops close by; Nessebar is a few minutes away by car.
• Apartments. Studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 55 to 90 sq m. Upper-floor apartments have large terraces, some with sea views. They are sold renovated, many furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
• Pool and grounds. A large outdoor pool with sun loungers, a children's pool and a well-kept landscaped courtyard with paths.
• Buildings. Buildings of 5 to 7 floors with lifts and a lobby. The complex is completed with Act 16, so the apartments can be lived in all year.
• Security. The grounds are gated with controlled access.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

The south of Sunny Beach is quieter than the centre, yet everything is close by: shops, pharmacies and cafés, Cacao Beach and the promenade. Nessebar and Sveti Vlas are a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about half an hour.
