Complex Kassandra

Kassandra is a completed residential complex with Act 16 in the north-western part of Sunny Beach. Built in 2008, it comprises several sections rising to a maximum of six residential floors. The building has lifts. The sandy beach is approximately 600 metres away, or around a 10–12-minute walk. The courtyard features a large outdoor pool, a children's section, a playground and a landscaped relaxation area.

What you need to know about the complex

• Apartments. Kassandra offers studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. The layouts include a living room with a kitchen area, bathroom and balcony or terrace. When first handed over, the apartments were fully finished and equipped with air conditioning.
• The building. The complex consists of several residential sections with separate entrances. The sections have lifts that operate throughout the year. The building has been commissioned and holds Act 16.
• Finishing. The original apartment specification included painted walls and ceilings, laminate or tiled flooring, fitted internal doors and fully equipped bathrooms with sanitary ware.
• Swimming pool. The courtyard has a large seasonal outdoor pool with a separate children's section. The surrounding area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and a pool bar operates nearby.
• Grounds. The gated courtyard includes a landscaped garden, walking paths and places to relax. The residential sections are arranged around the inner grounds and swimming pool.
• For children. In addition to the separate children's section of the pool, Kassandra has a children's playground within the gated grounds.
• Restaurant and services. The complex includes a restaurant, bar and shop. Supermarkets, cafés, a pharmacy and other everyday services also operate in the surrounding area.
• Security. The grounds are fenced, and access to the residential area is controlled. A service company is responsible for maintaining the courtyard, pool and common areas.
• Parking. Outdoor parking is located next to the complex. The inner courtyard remains primarily a pedestrian and recreational area.
• Service charge. The annual maintenance fee is €12 per sq. m. It covers the upkeep of the pool, garden, lifts, common areas and gated grounds.
• Location. Kassandra is situated in the Chaika neighbourhood, next to a green area. The sandy beach is approximately 600 metres away. Action Aquapark and public transport stops are also within walking distance.
• Year-round use. The residential building and lifts operate throughout the year. The outdoor pool and pool bar are seasonal.

Kassandra has compact private grounds and the essential amenities of a resort complex. There are no extensive park areas or numerous entertainment facilities, but residents have access to adult and children's pools, a restaurant, bar, playground, landscaped garden and parking.

The complex is suitable for family holidays and longer stays. Everyday services are close by, while its position away from the central promenade provides a quieter residential setting.
