Majestic Beach Resort is a large resort complex on the first line in the northern part of Sunny Beach, about 50 metres from the sandy beach. What to know before you buy

• First line. The beach is about 50 metres away and many apartments have sea views. The north of the resort is calmer than the centre, with shops and bus stops close by.
• Apartments. Spacious one-bedroom apartments of roughly 80 to 85 sq m with balconies and terraces facing the sea or the pools; ground-floor units open onto the grounds. They are usually sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
• Pools and grounds. Several outdoor pools with a children's section and sun loungers, and large, well-kept landscaped grounds.
• Buildings and parking. Buildings of 7 to 12 floors with lifts, underground parking, a reception and 24-hour security.
• Seasonal complex. The complex operates in the holiday season — convenient for holidays and renting out; for living all year, other options suit better.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the coast, with a wide sandy beach. Shops, pharmacies and cafés stay open out of season; Nessebar is a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about half an hour.
