Marina Cape is a large gated resort complex on its own cape between Aheloy and Ravda, right on the beachfront. Many apartments look out over the bay and the old town of Nessebar. The complex has studios, apartments with one or more bedrooms and maisonettes of roughly 35 to 260 sq m. The grounds include several pools, a spa, restaurants, shops, a private beach and a small harbour for yachts and boats.
What to know before you buy
Beachfront. The complex stands on the shore of the bay: the sandy beach and the jetty for boats and yachts are a few steps away. Upper-floor apartments have panoramic sea views.
Apartments. From compact studios to spacious apartments with several bedrooms and multi-level maisonettes with terraces. Most resale apartments are sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
Pools and spa. Several outdoor pools, a spa with a sauna and massage rooms, and a gym.
Facilities. Restaurants, bars and a pizzeria, a supermarket and shops, a children's club with entertainers and playgrounds, a doctor's office and a reception. The buildings have lifts.
Security and parking. The grounds are gated with 24-hour security, and there is open-air parking.
Act 16 and year-round living. The complex is completed with Act 16 and open all year, so you can live here outside the season too.
Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.
Aheloy is a quiet village on the bay, next to Pomorie and Ravda. Sunny Beach is about 10 minutes away by car and Nessebar about 15 minutes, with the village shops and cafés nearby and easy access to the road to Burgas.
Marina Cape suits buyers who want to live or holiday right by the sea in a complex with its own beach and full facilities — for summer holidays, renting out or permanent living. Studios work well for holidays and rentals, larger apartments and maisonettes for families.
