• Pool and grounds. A large outdoor swimming pool of approximately 410 sq. m is located between the sections and includes a children’s area, bridges and seating areas. It is surrounded by a garden with palm trees, magnolias, ornamental trees and walking paths.
• Spa and services. The complex offers a restaurant, a spa area, a playground, seating areas and reception. Some services and the outdoor pool are primarily intended for the summer season, so it is best to clarify the operating schedule of specific facilities before buying.
• Lifts and parking. The six-storey sections are equipped with lifts. Parking spaces are provided near the building, although a private space is not automatically included in the ownership of every apartment, so the parking terms should be checked separately.
• Act 16 and year-round living. Messembria Resort has been commissioned and holds Act 16. People live in the complex year-round, while supermarkets, a medical centre, cafés, restaurants and public transport are available nearby. For the apartment currently offered by BolgarskiyDom, buyers do not pay an agency commission.
