Premier Deluxe

Premier Deluxe is the premium part of the Premier Fort Beach complex in Sveti Vlas, right on the beachfront. The five-storey building has studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 36 to 124 sq m, most of them with views of the sea and the coastline. Owners can use the facilities of Premier Fort: outdoor pools and an aqua park, a spa with two indoor pools, a fitness centre and restaurants.

What to know before you buy

• Beachfront. The complex stands right by the beach — the sea is only a few steps away. Most apartments look out over the sea and the coastline, others over the mountains, the pool or the garden.
• Apartments. Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 36 to 124 sq m. Some apartments have large terraces.
• Pools and spa. Outdoor pools and an aqua park, a spa with two indoor pools and a fitness centre, so you can swim outside the summer season too.
• Premier Fort facilities. À la carte and buffet restaurants, a snack bar, a supermarket and shops, a reception, a children's club, sports grounds and an amphitheatre with evening shows.
• Parking. Underground garages and parking spaces that can be bought together with an apartment.
• Instalment plan. Interest-free instalments: 10% on signing the preliminary contract, another 10% within two months of the first payment, and the remaining 80% in quarterly payments until 1 January 2036. A first payment of 35% or more earns a 1.5% discount.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the land rights, the building permit and the terms of the contract: how the apartment is handed over and the liability of the parties.

Sveti Vlas lies next to Sunny Beach and Nessebar: it is quieter than the big resort, with a promenade, a yacht marina and restaurants along the coast. Premier Deluxe stands by the beach itself, so the sea and the promenade start right at the complex.
