Premier Fort Beach

Premier Fort Beach is a large gated residential complex on the first line in Sveti Vlas, about 50 metres from the sea. The grounds open straight onto the sandy beach, with pools and green walkways between the buildings. The complex holds studios and one-bedroom apartments of roughly 43 to 76 sq m, many with sea views.

What to know before you buy

• First line. The beach is about 50 metres away, reached directly from the grounds. The Sveti Vlas marina, shops and the promenade are close by.
• Apartments. Studios and one-bedroom apartments of roughly 43 to 76 sq m with balconies and terraces facing the sea, the pools or the garden. They are usually sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
• Pools and grounds. Several outdoor pools with children's areas and water slides, sun loungers, well-kept landscaped grounds and a playground.
• Buildings. Five-storey brick buildings with lifts. The complex is completed with Act 16, so the apartments can be lived in all year.
• Security and parking. The grounds are gated with 24-hour security, and there is parking.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Sveti Vlas is a calm resort between the mountains and the sea, with a marina, a promenade and several beaches. Shops, pharmacies and cafés are open all year; Sunny Beach and Nessebar are a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about 40 minutes.
