• Facilities. Premier Fort Suites owners have access to the grounds of Premier Fort Beach, which feature two large freshwater pools, a separate children's pool, water slides, restaurants, playgrounds, sports areas, a spa, shop, security and reception.
• Parking. Parking spaces are sold separately. The current price of available spaces is approximately €30,000, so buyers with a car should include parking in the overall purchase budget from the outset.
• Timescale. The developer plans to open the new apartments for occupancy by the 2027 summer season. This is an off-plan property, so the main advantage of buying now is the ability to spread payments over several years.
