Privilege Fort Beach is a gated resort complex in Elenite, right on the beachfront, next to Sveti Vlas. Its buildings of 4 to 6 floors stand by the beach and hold studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 36 to 150 sq m. The grounds have several outdoor pools, playgrounds and green areas.

What to know before you buy

Beachfront. The complex stands by the beach — the sea is a few steps away. Many apartments look out over the sea or the mountains.
Apartments. Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 36 to 150 sq m, some with large terraces. Resale apartments are usually sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
Pools and grounds. Several outdoor pools, a children's pool and playgrounds, a tennis court and green seating areas.
Buildings. Buildings of 4 to 6 floors; not every building has a lift — we check this for each apartment.
Security and parking. The grounds are gated with 24-hour security, and there is guarded parking.
Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Elenite is a small resort in a bay at the foot of the mountains, next to Sveti Vlas and Sunny Beach. It is quieter than the big resorts, and Sveti Vlas nearby has shops, restaurants and a yacht marina.

Privilege Fort Beach suits buyers looking for an apartment right by the beach for summer holidays and seasonal rentals, or for a quiet life by the sea.
