Sea Dreams is a completed residential complex in a quiet part of Sunny Beach, approximately 600 metres from the beach. It comprises four six-storey buildings set within landscaped grounds, with a total of 140 apartments. Each building has a lift, while the courtyard features a swimming pool with a children's section, a café, a playground and parking. The complex has Act 16 and is suitable for year-round living.

What you need to know before buying

• Apartments. Sea Dreams offers studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. Resale properties range from approximately 46–60 sq m to larger apartments of more than 100 sq m. The BolgarskiyDom catalogue currently includes a 92 sq m two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms.
• Furnishings and condition. The complex was built in 2005, so the properties currently available are mainly resales. Most apartments are sold furnished and equipped with a fitted kitchen, household appliances and air conditioning; however, the condition of the renovation should be assessed individually for each property.
• Maintenance fee. Current listings quote a maintenance fee of approximately €14 per sq m per year, with a rate of €14.50 applying to some properties. For a 60 sq m apartment, this amounts to around €840–870 annually; for a 92 sq m apartment, it is approximately €1,288–1,334. The exact amount should be confirmed against the current contract for the chosen apartment.
• Swimming pool and grounds. The courtyard features an outdoor swimming pool with a separate children's section and surrounding relaxation areas. There is also a café, a children's playground, landscaped green areas, a reception desk and controlled access.
• Lifts and parking. All four buildings are equipped with lifts. Parking for owners is available on the grounds, but an individual space should not be assumed to be automatically included in the ownership of an apartment; the parking arrangements must be clarified before the transaction.
• Completed complex. Sea Dreams was commissioned long ago and has Act 16. Before buying, you can inspect the actual condition of the apartment, building, lift, swimming pool and grounds. The current BolgarskiyDom listing does not charge the buyer a commission.

Sea Dreams is located in an established part of Sunny Beach, where amenities remain available beyond the summer season. Year-round supermarkets and a pharmacy are just a few minutes' walk away, with restaurants, cafés and public transport stops nearby. The beach is approximately 600 metres away, or around a 7–10-minute walk.

Sea Dreams is a good choice for anyone seeking a ready-to-move-in furnished apartment with a lift and swimming pool, away from the noisiest seafront part of the resort. Before the transaction, it is particularly important to compare the condition of the renovation and the actual maintenance fee for the chosen apartment. If you would prefer a newer building, lower annual costs or a location closer to the sea, it is worth viewing several completed complexes in Sunny Beach at the same time.
