Sky Dreams

Sky Dreams is a completed development in the Yurta district of Sveti Vlas, approximately 100–150 metres from the beach. Four five-storey buildings share a landscaped courtyard with two large pools and children’s sections. The development was built in 2009 and holds Act 16. It has lifts, a restaurant, bars, security and parking, while apartments are sold mainly on the resale market — already furnished and equipped with household appliances.

What you need to know before buying

• Apartments. Sky Dreams contains a total of 195 apartments: studios, homes with one or two bedrooms and more spacious layouts. Resale listings include studios of around 40 sq. m, one-bedroom apartments of approximately 55–70 sq. m and two-bedroom apartments of around 90–130 sq. m. Some properties have views of the sea and pools.
• Furniture and condition. There is no longer a standard specification for the apartments. Most current options are sold with a kitchen, furniture, household appliances and air conditioning, allowing buyers to move in immediately after completion of the purchase. When comparing listings, it is important to consider not only the size and price but also the condition of the interior and equipment.
• Maintenance fee. In the current BolgarskiyDom listing, the fee is €12 per sq. m per year. For a 55 sq. m apartment, this is around €660 annually; for 67 sq. m, it is around €804. Older listings show different rates, so the amount must be checked against the agreement for the specific apartment before buying.
• Pools and grounds. Two large outdoor pools with children’s sections are located between the buildings, together with relaxation areas and a landscaped courtyard. The grounds include a restaurant, pool bar, lobby bar and reception, with round-the-clock security.
• Lifts and parking. The buildings are equipped with lifts. Parking is provided for owners, and some apartments include a separate space in the underground section. A parking space is not automatically included in every purchase, so availability must be checked together with the chosen apartment.
• Completed development. Sky Dreams is fully built and holds Act 16. Before buying, you can check the documents and inspect the actual condition of the apartment, common areas and grounds. Current properties use standard residential tariffs for electricity and water.

Sky Dreams is located between central Sveti Vlas and Sunny Beach. The beach is a few minutes’ walk away, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, banks and public transport stops nearby. Central Sveti Vlas and Marina Dinevi are quickly reached by bus or car.

Sky Dreams is suitable for anyone looking for a ready, furnished apartment close to the sea with pools, a lift and well-maintained gated grounds. Before buying, it is particularly important to compare the condition of the interior, the view and the actual maintenance fee. If a newer building, lower annual costs or a location closer to Marina Dinevi is more important, it is worth viewing several completed developments in Sveti Vlas at the same time.
