Complex Star Dreams

Star Dreams is a completed development in the Yurta district of Sveti Vlas, approximately 100–200 metres from the beach. Three buildings are arranged around a landscaped courtyard with two pools and children’s sections. The development has lifts, a restaurant, playground, outdoor fitness area, security, and outdoor and underground parking. All buildings have been commissioned, the apartments hold Act 16 and are suitable for year-round living.

What you need to know before buying

• Apartments. Star Dreams offers studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. BolgarskiyDom’s current listings include a 46 sq. m studio and one-bedroom apartments of approximately 63–67 sq. m. Considerably larger family layouts can also be found within the development.
• Furniture and condition. This is now mainly the resale market, so there is no uniform specification for the apartments. Current listings are sold with furniture, a kitchen, household appliances and air conditioning, allowing buyers to move in immediately after completion of the purchase. It is worth comparing the age of the interior and the condition of the equipment in each apartment.
• Maintenance fee. In BolgarskiyDom’s current listings, the fee is €12 per sq. m per year. For a 46 sq. m studio, this is around €552 annually; for a 67 sq. m apartment, it is around €804. Before buying, the exact amount is best checked in the current maintenance agreement for the chosen apartment.
• Pools and grounds. Two outdoor adult pools with children’s sections are located between the buildings, together with sun-lounger areas and extensive landscaped grounds. There is also a playground and an outdoor fitness area.
• Restaurant and services. A restaurant and bar operate within the development, and reception and round-the-clock security are provided. Supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and other everyday services are close by, so there is no need to travel to central Sveti Vlas for routine shopping.
• Parking and lifts. Star Dreams provides outdoor and underground parking, and the buildings are equipped with lifts. A parking space should not be assumed to be automatically included with every apartment — the terms must be checked for the specific property.
• Completed development. Star Dreams is fully built and holds Act 16. Before buying, you can inspect the actual condition of the apartment, pools, grounds and common areas, and there is no need to wait for construction to finish after completing the purchase.

Star Dreams is located in Yurta, the district between central Sveti Vlas and Sunny Beach. The beach is a few minutes’ walk away, a bus stop is approximately 100 metres away, and Marina Dinevi yacht marina is about 2 km away. Both central Sveti Vlas and Sunny Beach are therefore easily accessible without a car.

Star Dreams is suitable for anyone looking for a ready, furnished apartment close to the beach with pools, a landscaped courtyard and practical amenities for year-round living. Before buying, the main points to compare are the condition of the specific apartment, its view and the actual annual maintenance fee. If a newer building, lower running costs or proximity to Marina Dinevi is more important, it is worth viewing several completed developments in Sveti Vlas at the same time.
