Sun and Sea

Sun and Sea is a gated residential complex in the southern part of Sunny Beach, near Cacao Beach, about 600 metres from the sea. The six-storey building with a lift is surrounded by a green garden with a pool. The complex has studios of roughly 36 to 41 sq m and one-bedroom apartments of about 54–57 sq m.

What to know before you buy

• Location. The south of the resort by Cacao Beach: the beach is about 600 metres away, supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and bus stops are within walking distance, and Nessebar is a few minutes by car.
• Apartments. Studios and one-bedroom apartments with balconies facing the garden or the pool. They are usually sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
• Pool and garden. An outdoor pool with sun loungers, a well-kept garden and a playground.
• Building and parking. A six-storey building with a lift and on-site parking.
• Security. The grounds are gated, with 24-hour security and video surveillance.
• All year round. The complex is open all year — convenient for holidays and for permanent living.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the coast, with a wide sandy beach. Shops, pharmacies and cafés stay open out of season; Nessebar is a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about half an hour.
