What you need to know before buying

• What you can buy. Studios measure approximately 41–68 sq. m. This option will suit a family that needs more space than a conventional apartment but does not require a detached villa.

• Payment. The developer offers interest-free instalments until Act 16 is issued. The schedule can be agreed individually according to the property selected and the amount of the initial payment. This allows the purchase price to be spread over the remaining construction period.
• Maintenance fee. The annual maintenance fee is €9 per sq. m. For a 41 sq. m studio, this is approximately €369 per year, while an 84 sq. m townhouse costs around €756 annually. The fee covers the swimming pool, grounds and communal areas.
• Parking. Separate parking spaces are planned for the development. They are purchased at an additional cost, so buyers with a car should ask about availability and price when choosing an apartment or townhouse.
• Timescale. Completion of the entire development is scheduled by the end of 2026. Until Act 16 is issued, this remains an off-plan purchase, so it is important to check the current stage of the specific building selected and the remaining payment schedule before buying.
