Sunny View Central is a completed residential complex with Act 16 in the southern part of Sunny Beach. It is approximately 500–600 metres from Cacao Beach and Bedroom Beach and 1.5 km from the old town of Nessebar. The main part of the complex was built in 2013 and contains 150 apartments.
