Sunset Resort

Sunset Resort is one of the largest residential complexes on the coast, in the southern part of Pomorie on the first line, about 50 metres from the sea. A wide sandy beach lies in front of it. The main building and the blocks of 5 to 13 floors with lifts hold one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of roughly 53 to 290 sq m.

What to know before you buy

• Location. First line: the sandy beach is about 50 metres from the complex, with only greenery and paths in between. Many apartments have a direct view of the sea and the bay.
• Apartments. One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of roughly 53 to 290 sq m, many with large terraces and the bigger ones with two bathrooms. Resale apartments are usually sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
• Pools and grounds. An indoor pool in the main building and outdoor pools on the grounds, sun loungers, a playground and a large green courtyard.
• Buildings. A main building with an atrium and several blocks of 5 to 13 floors, all with lifts. The complex is completed with Act 16, so the apartments can be lived in all year.
• Security and management. The grounds are gated with 24-hour security, a reception and a management company.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Pomorie is a small town with its own life all year round: shops, pharmacies, schools, a promenade and the old town on the peninsula. Burgas and its airport are about 20 minutes away by car, Sunny Beach about 15 minutes.
