• Payment. The reservation deposit is €3,000. The developer offers an interest-free instalment plan until June 2027, allowing part of the purchase price to be paid during construction instead of paying the entire amount upfront.
• Maintenance fee. The fee depends on the type of apartment: approximately €750 per year for a studio, €1,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and €1,500 for a two-bedroom apartment. These rates reflect the extensive range of on-site amenities and the development's year-round servicing.
• On-site amenities. Sweet Homes 8 will feature a spa with an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a gym, reception, children's room, playground, parking and a barbecue area on the roof of the spa building. The grounds will be secured and serviced throughout the year.
• Timescale. Completion of the development is scheduled for December 2027. The building is still under construction, so buyers should factor in the time remaining until Act 16 and choose an apartment not only by price but also by its position within the section, floor and outlook.
