Tryavna Beach is a small residential complex on the first line in Sveti Vlas, about 50 metres from the sandy beach. The five-storey building with a lift stands around a courtyard with a pool. What to know before you buy

• First line. The beach is about 50 metres away and some apartments have sea views. The marina, shops and cafés are close by.

• Pool and courtyard. An outdoor pool with a lounge area and sun loungers, and a playground.
• Building. A small five-storey building with a lift — calm, without resort crowds.
• All year round. The complex is open all year and suits both holidays and permanent living.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

Sveti Vlas is a calm resort between the mountains and the sea, with a marina, a promenade and several beaches. Shops, pharmacies and cafés are open all year; Sunny Beach and Nessebar are a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about 40 minutes.
