• Apartments. Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-level maisonettes of roughly 43 to 270 sq m. Resale apartments are sold furnished or unfurnished — we check the condition of each one.
• Pool and grounds. An outdoor pool with a sunbathing area, a playground and well-kept gated grounds.
• Buildings. Six-storey buildings with lifts. The complex is completed with Act 16, so the apartments can be lived in all year.
• Security. The grounds are gated with 24-hour security and a reception.
• Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.

The new part of Nessebar is a residential area with shops, cafés, pharmacies and schools where people live all year. Sunny Beach is a few minutes away by car or bus.
