Normal costs for maintaining the apartment and the building’s common areas still apply.
• Finishes. The apartments are delivered fully finished with a fitted bathroom, but not fully furnished. No major renovation is required after purchase, while the kitchen, furniture and household appliances can be selected independently to suit the buyer’s budget and taste.
• Completed building. Villa Venezia was completed in 2025 and has Act 16. The property is already commissioned: buyers can inspect the specific apartment, assess the quality of the finishes and know exactly what they are purchasing before the transaction.
• Distance to the sea. The beach is approximately 400 metres away, only a few minutes on foot, so a car is not needed for trips to the sea. At the same time, the building is not directly on the seafront or within a busy hotel complex.
• Developer. The building was constructed by Bul Sun Group. When choosing an apartment, compare not only the price per square metre but also the floor and the position of the rooms and balconies. In a small building, the differences between individual layouts are particularly noticeable.

Villa Venezia is located in a residential part of Sveti Vlas. Supermarkets, shops, cafés, pharmacies and public transport stops are within walking distance, making the area suitable for more than just summer holidays. The building has a lift, and its small number of apartments makes it feel more like a conventional urban residence than a large holiday complex.
