Complex Vineyards Resort

Vineyards Resort is a completed residential and holiday complex with Act 16, set in a green area approximately 1.5 km from Aheloy. The nearest beach is around 2 km away, while Sunny Beach and Nessebar are approximately 10 km away and Burgas Airport is about 14 km away. The complex operates year-round and combines apartments, a hotel wing and detached two-storey villas.

• Buildings and Act 16. Vineyards Resort has been commissioned and holds Act 16. The main part of the complex was built in 2013. The residential buildings are up to six storeys high and are equipped with lifts.
• Properties. The complex offers studios, apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, as well as two-storey villas. The residential buildings contain a total of 258 apartments.
• Finishes. The apartments were originally delivered with completed interiors, including flooring, internal and entrance doors, fully equipped bathrooms and air conditioners with both cooling and heating modes.
• Swimming pools. The grounds feature two outdoor swimming pools, one with a children's section, as well as an indoor pool. Relaxation areas are arranged beside the outdoor pools, where there is also a pool bar.
• Spa and sports facilities. The facilities include a spa centre, saunas, a hammam, a hot tub, massage rooms and a gym. There are also dedicated areas for table tennis, billiards and other activities.
• Restaurants and services. Vineyards Resort has a restaurant, pizzeria, lobby bar, shop and reception desk. The restaurants, outdoor pools and some commercial facilities operate mainly during the holiday season.
• Grounds. The complex is gated and guarded, with CCTV surveillance in operation. The grounds include landscaped areas, a children's playground and a shared car park.
• Architecture. The apartment buildings and villas are designed in a traditional Bulgarian style. Stone and wood are used on the façades, while tiled roofs, terraces and balconies complete the architecture.
• Maintenance fee. The annual maintenance fee for the residential buildings is €12 per sq. m. For a 50 sq. m apartment, the annual payment is approximately €600; for a 75 sq. m apartment, it is approximately €900. The fee covers maintenance of the grounds, swimming pools, common areas of the buildings, lifts and security system.
• Year-round living. Vineyards Resort is open throughout the year. The homes are equipped with air conditioners featuring a heating mode, while security and complex management services operate continuously.

Vineyards Resort is located away from dense urban and resort development. A local road provides access to Aheloy, the beach and major shops. There is a public transport stop near the complex.
