• Location. Around 300 metres from the sea, usually in the second or third row back from the coast.
• Package. Modern furniture, a pleasant view and an upper-floor position.
• Yield. These units can command higher rents and may sell within one to two weeks.

One-Bedroom Apartments – Limited Supply Finding a one-bedroom apartment for €40,000 is difficult. The market starts at €45,000. A one-bedroom apartment at this price may involve one of the following:

• A seller who wants to complete the sale quickly.
• A ground-floor position or an older building without a lift.
• Legal or technical issues that may make resale more difficult.
