According to a Knight Frank index of the fastest growing property markets in Q1 2018, Bulgaria took the 7th place among 57 countries. In the first 3 months of 2018, property prices in Bulgaria increased by 9% compared to the same period of 2017. Price growth on a quarterly basis was 2%.
Compared to the 4th quarter of 2017, when Bulgaria occupied the 9th position in the list of Knight Frank with an increase of 9% yoy and 2.2% in quarterly, the country has risen by 2 positions in the ranking. And if to consider that in the second quarter of 2017 Bulgaria was located on the 16th place, the increase was 9 points.
