The proposal to introduce new amendments to the bill on the protection of the Bulgarian black sea coast, is able to reduce the number of free zones to the rest of the sea from 50% to 30%. In addition, the authors of a new amendment, namely the BSP deputies, propose to allocate all recreation areas are the first line of the black sea coast in five different categories. Each beach has acquired one of five categories, will be subject to certain tax and, as a result, will acquire the status of a paid beach.
Thus, modern resorts will acquire the status of a national resort, camping resort in a populated place or resort in urbanized areas that will determine the cost of a day pass for locals and tourists. The status of the beach will depend on its position in relation to the Black sea, as well as the availability of facilities into the kitchen.
