According to the Bulgarian real estate Agency Imoti.net during the first 6 months of 2018, the cost of housing in Burgas increased by 5% compared to the same period last year.
Rising prices for the first half of 2018 in annual terms by districts as follows:
- In the Central regions, prices rose by more than 5%;
- In the area of Meden Rudnik, the increase amounted to 12% due to developed infrastructure of the district;
- In coastal areas the property has risen by 11 %.
Among the buyers is dominated by the Bulgarians who buy a property for vacations or decide to move to the city from the mainland.
The most popular type of property in Burgas – two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
In addition to the increase in the cost of housing, the experts also mark growth of permits issued for construction of residential buildings. During the period under review their number increased by 99% percent.
