For the second year in a row Bansko as the best winter resort in Bulgaria and receives prestigious international award the 2014 World Ski Awards.
Recall that the award of the World Ski Awards, awarded for 2 years and serves as the top recognition in the tourism industry. This prestigious award recognizes resorts, meeting high quality standards. The winners are determined by online voting website visitors and experts in the field of tourism business. In 2014 the award was presented at a ceremony held on 22 November in the Austrian resort town of kitzbühel.
The award for Bansko took marketing Manager of the ski centre Ivan Oblakov. Along with the Bulgarian resort have been awarded the prize of the Russian ski resort “Rosa Khutor”, German Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Italian Val Gardena. The French ski resort of Val Thorens, in turn, was voted the best ski holiday destinations in the world.
