Federal bailiff service in cooperation with moszhilinspektsiey temporarily restrict travel of Russian citizens, and not legitimated alterations to their apartments, outside of our homeland. Press–agent of the Moscow Department of housing and communal Inspectorate noted that such measures are only aimed at the search and call to account those who violate the rules for redevelopment of their personal apartments and not her studies documented in the relevant institutions.
This management initiative was approved by the authorities in June of the current year, however taking into account the summer holidays, the project was invited to move in September. Currently have already taken action and made the first decision about restriction of the rights of going abroad for some Muscovites offending redevelopment.
