On the national market of commercial premises also registered a record growth of investments

According to the estimates of Colliers, the total volume of investment in commercial real estate for the period from April to June grew by 213% compared to the same period last year. According to the annual growth in Bulgaria took 1st place in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

The total investment in the region during the period under review amounted to 5.4 billion euros, and grew by 17% yoy. If the current growth rate until the end of 2017, experts expect that by December the annual volume of investment in the region will exceed the record figure of 2016 (12.2 billion euros).

On the second place in terms of investment growth has placed Romania (155%), the third Czech Republic – 114%.

In absolute terms, the clear leader is the Czech Republic (EUR 2.2 billion), the second place is Poland (€1.5 billion), the third – Hungary (EUR 824 million).

As for rents, the increase in Bulgaria was observed only in Sofia where the price per square meter reached EUR 14 per month, an increase of 4.5% compared to last year.
