Official representatives of the Bulgarian agency for foreign investment in the local economy note that increasing numbers of foreign investors are directing their attention, and consequently their capital, towards banks and property in Bulgaria. Such activity is unsurprising, since global economic experts believe that Bulgaria currently offers stability for financial investors and competitiveness in operating costs.
The republic's new government, placing considerable emphasis on high-value-added production, has already achieved certain results, allowing Bulgaria to rank third in this field among EU countries. This fact further strengthens the state's ties with investors from Russia, the United Kingdom and other countries who have gained a substantial foothold in buying inexpensive apartments on the coast.
