Property in Bulgaria is one of the most inexpensive and profitable

13-06-2013

This country is almost at the very last rated in property prices across Europe. According to one of the largest international real estate portals, Bulgaria is the only estate in Moldova.

The evaluators of housing said that in the beginning of this year, the price of real estate was about 400-450 euros per square meter. Also, they noted that buildings in most major cities throughout Bulgaria hovers around 650-750 euros per square meter.

If you compare the last months of last year and the first months of this, we can note a huge profit price of real estate in Bulgaria, namely 5,28 %. This rise has put this country in the European ranking of real estate on the 7th place. The first place in the list of the most profitable countries is Moldova. The most insignificant, low profits has been recently recorded in France, only 3 per cent.

Bulgarian real estate is not only the most affordable and profitable prices, but also the most profitable among all EU countries. Unlike other States, in Bulgaria are the cheapest resorts.

At the beginning of 2007-2008, the availability of the Bulgarian housing was very high. Many experts waiting at the end of 2013, this ratio will drop to the bottom. Also, recently there has been seen a sharp increase in transactions, their size was 23%. When compared with 2012, we can see a clear increase. Because every day somebody wants to buy an apartment in Bulgaria

To this period in Bulgaria preserved residential block of flats. Such buildings were last built somewhere in the late 90-ies. When compared with apartments in brick houses, they will be more expensive by about 150-200 euros than the apartment in the panel house.

As for prices in the capital.... For example, a one-room apartment in Sofia is about 32 thousand European units. The average area of such housing is around 45-50 square meters. Apartment with two rooms with a total area of 70-72 per square meter will cost you 56-58 thousands of European units. The apartment, called in Bulgaria one bedroom, 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen, large living room, bath and balcony. If you want to purchase a house with 3 rooms, you will have to pay 80,000 euros, and the area of such housing approximately 105 square meters.
