The Agency for registration in the Republic of Belarus has introduced a new SMS service, which is designed to minimize the possibility of fraud with Bulgarian real estate. So, the owners in Bulgaria will be able to receive SMS messages about changes of ownership of Bulgarian property.
The cost of the message is equal to 1 stotinka, and batch service for a period of 2 years from 500 messages will cost property owners in only 6 leva. For the implementation of a new service, the owner must register on the Agency's website via PIN. In addition, the service has been available to foreign nationals who bought Bulgarian property and possessing an identity card in RB.
