Since mid-March of the current year came into force new rules for issuing visa documents for property owners in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. So, starting on 12 March, members of the Bulgarian firms and the owners are obliged to present in the composition of documents for a visa and a notarized copy of the deed of purchase of real estate.
