According to Ivan Stoykov, a financial analyst of the portal "My money", the amount issued in April 2018 mortgage loans amounted to 128 million euros. Compared to the same period in 2017 (118 million euros), growth was almost 8%.
According to the expert, for the 12 months from April 2017 to April 2018 the volume of mortgage loans grew by almost 13% yoy.
The growth of demand for mortgage expert associates with low interest rates on deposits and a continued decline in the value of loans for house purchase. Thus, according to the April mortgage cost has decreased in comparison with last year's figures at the half point.
